Service Agreement
The following Service Agreement must be agreed upon before work is to your software integration project:
- Payment is to be made in two installments. A 50% deposit is sent before work begins and the other 50% is due upon completion and inspection of our work.
- I guarantee that completion of your software integration project will be done within 48 hours of deposit payment.
- Our software integration service does not include editing any PHP code or functions that may damage your script. We only apply stylistic edits to your software which are mainly done to the template files.
- I do not edit the stylesheet of your main website, if we are forced to do so, you will be charged our design services price of $25 per hour.
- I reserve the right to apply additional fees if there are any difficulties that arise during the integration process due to your design.
- I offer a no-refund policy once any design or coding work has began and/or we access any of your files. Please be sure to ask us any questions before scheduling work with us.
- I am not to be held responsible for any functions of your software that break because of our integration services. We are not responsible for any loses as a result of this. However, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY for this to happen and has yet to happen.
- Full administrator access must be given to use in order to make template edits to software such as vBulletin, WHMCS, Modernbill, IPB, phpBB, Kayako, and WHMAP. If you refuse to give us access then we cannot complete the work.
- FTP information will be required for us to complete work.
- All information in regards to your company will be kept stickly confidential. Under no circumstances will I devulge any information about your company or organization.
- Clients agree to have their website listed in our portfolio or provide a testimonial of our services upon the completion of the integration service.
