Service Agreement

The following Service Agreement must be agreed upon before work is to your software integration project:

  • I guarantee that completion of your software integration project will be done within 72 hours of deposit payment.
  • My software integration service does not include editing any PHP code or functions that may damage your script. I will only apply stylistic edits to your software which are mainly done to the template files.
  • I do not edit the stylesheet(s) of your main website, if we are forced to do so, you will be charged our design services price of $50 per hour.
  • I reserve the right to apply additional fees if there are any difficulties that arise during the integration process due to your design.
  • I offer a no-refund policy once any design or coding work has began and/or we access any of your files. Please be sure to ask us any questions before scheduling work with us.
  • I am not to be held responsible for any functions of your software that break because of our integration services. I am not responsible for any loses as a result of this.
  • Full administrator access is required in order to make template edits to software such as Kayako, WordPress, PHPBB, and IPB.
  • FTP information will be required for us to complete work.
  • All information in regards to your company will be kept stickly confidential. Under no circumstances will I devulge any information about your company or organization.
  • Clients agree to have their website listed in my portfolio or provide a testimonial of our services upon the completion of the integration service.
